Hard Flats

The workhorse of every set — a framed, ply-faced wall that primes up paint-ready and stacks flat when the job's done.

Built on our standard braced frame: 3×2 stiles and rails, toggle rails at 600mm centres and a diagonal sway-brace in every corner, skinned one side in 5.5mm ply. The back is identical on every flat we make, so they rig, stack and read the same across a job.

Built for: studio walls, dressed corners and talking-head backgrounds. Sizes: 8×4, 8×8 and 10×4 ft.
