Products. Most items are made to order. Descriptions, dimensions, colours and images are as accurate as we can make them, but natural materials and finishes vary, and on-screen colours may differ slightly from the finished article. Where you supply a specification, branding or artwork, you are responsible for its accuracy and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Pricing & VAT. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. We try to ensure prices are correct, but if an item is mispriced we'll contact you before processing the order.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order; we may decline an order (for example if we cannot meet a deadline or the item is unavailable). Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.

Cancellation, returns & delivery. These are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this store is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Where we build to your brief or brand, ownership of the finished goods passes to you on full payment; we retain the right to photograph our work for our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing (for example under an NDA).

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
