French Flats (Flown)

Flats built light enough to fly — for suspended walls and drop-in backgrounds off a grid or truss.

The same braced frame as our hard flats but in lighter 1×2 section to cut flown weight, with rated eyebolts through a reinforced top rail and safety-bond points fitted. Skinned one face in 5.5mm ply. Rigging hardware left unpainted.

Built for: flown and suspended walls, drop-in backgrounds. Sizes: 8×4 and 10×4 ft.
